Although I enjoy the sandwiches at Subway the two complaints I have is that they never give you enough napkins...ever..Just throw a couple napkins in the bag or leave them on the counter for the customers to get. I am also amazed that when there is a line ...my sandwich often gets to a certain point and then two or three other people will get waited on before me while my sandwich just sits there !!!!!!! FINISH my sandwich THEN help the next person.

Was given 2 day old subs for holiday work party per the owner of this franchise's instruction. They were a soggy mess. We ended up trying to salvage by using two tops and removing bottoms to make a sandwich. They were so bad and we were so embarrassed to serve these to staff but didn't realize they had been in the cooler two days (I know this because when I called to see what happened, the Subway worker I picked them up from told me she was surprised the owner told them to give them to me after being in there for two days). Tried to reach out to owner and corporate and haven't heard back. We'll steer clear of this location in the future.

Having rid themselves of Mr Gripey, this Subway is now just fine. The people who work there are efficient and pleasant.
